Welcome to Duology! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.duologyofficial.com and any purchases made through it. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) as mentioned.

We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without notice.

All product images are for representation purposes; actual products may slightly vary in color or design due to lighting and screen differences.

3. Orders

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (except COD orders).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, suspicious activity, or pricing errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We typically dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.

Delivery timelines depend on your location (usually 4–7 business days).

Any delays due to courier or unforeseen issues are beyond our control but we will try to resolve them promptly.

6. Returns and Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong products only.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags.

Customers must share an unboxing video and images to initiate a return.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspicious transactions.

8. Offers & Coupons

Only one offer/coupon can be used per order.

Duology reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website – including logos, images, text, and designs – is the property of Duology. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
